Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping each item to ensure it arrives safely and in the condition described.

Shipping & Insurance

All orders are shipped fully insured. Shipping carriers and methods may vary depending on the item and destination. In some cases, a signature may be required upon delivery at our discretion, particularly for higher-value or fragile items.

Packaging

Each item is carefully packed using materials appropriate for its age, condition, and fragility. We aim to ship within 10 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Damage During Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To initiate an insurance claim, we require the following photos:

  • The exterior of the box, clearly showing any damage

  • The interior packaging as it was when opened

  • Clear images of the damaged item itself

These images are essential for us to process the claim with the shipping provider. Please do not discard the item or packaging until the claim is resolved.
