Return Policy (Antique & Vintage Items)
Because we specialize in antique and vintage items, each piece is unique and often one-of-a-kind. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Final Sale Items
All antique and vintage items are sold as-is and are considered final sale. Due to the age and uniqueness of these items, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or minor imperfections consistent with age.
Condition Disclosure
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each item, including any visible wear, repairs, or imperfections. Buyers acknowledge that signs of age—such as patina, surface wear, or minor structural imperfections—are part of the character and authenticity of vintage goods.
Exceptions (If Applicable)
Returns may only be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The item arrives significantly not as described
- The item is damaged during shipping (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and photos must be provided of interior of packaging, exterior box, and the item damage)
- An incorrect item was shipped
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
